WHAT IS MANUAL BIO ETHANOL BURNER ?

There is no power connected to the bio fireplace and you must operate and fill the burner manually.

Manual burners are available in many different sizes and designs and are produced by many different manufacturers, but our structure , but with our unique structure , you find the best quality you need.

The most important by filling a manual burner is, that you NEVER refill a lit or hot burner. Bioethanol is highly flammable and can ignite if you dont follow the manufacturer's instructions.

The filling of a manual burner is done by filling bioethanol directly into the burner. Often directly down in the fire opening or though a small limb next to the fire opening. We recommend always using a funnel or pump to avoid spilling the bioethanol. If you waste any bioethanol, you should always wipe this up before turning on the bio fireplace.

If you want to refill a manual burner there just have been turned on. You have to make sure, that the flame is completely extinguished and the burner has been allowed to cool for 15-20 minutes before refilling commences.


HOW SAFE IS BIO ETHANOL FUEL ?

Now that you’ve got your bioethanol fireplace, you may be wondering: how safe is bioethanol fuel actually?

It has the word "bio" in it and is made from fermented vegetables, but does that mean it’s actually safe?

Turns out, it is actually one of the safest options out there. Not that you can drink the stuff or rub it on your skin, but as far as burning it goes, you’re in the clear so long as you are buying from a reputable manufacturer.

Ethanol does not contain any pollutants, carbon monoxide, and other impurities that wood, gas and other sources of fuel release when being burned.

You probably heard about gas and electric fireplaces. The latter two types, ethanol and gel fireplaces, are relatively new and not everybody knows what they are about. Let's learn a little bit about these innovative, eco-friendly fireplaces.

Different types of installing a bio ethanol fireplace

There are various types of installing your bio ethanol fireplace. Choose the most stylish way to fit your house decoration.

Tips for installing your fireplace:

· Always make sure to build your fireplace in non-combustible materials. MDF is NOT suitable.

· Make sure there is plenty of space for the flame and heat - we recommend at least a distance of 50-60 cm above the burner.

· We recommend a minimum clearance of 50-60 cm above the fire opening for the flame

· There are not definite safety distances requirements for the sides, but we recommend 5-10 cm. If you choose to have several burners next to each other, we recommend about 5 cm apart.

· We recommend about 10 cm in front and behind the burner.
